🌍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and countries within the European Union. If you’re unsure whether your country is supported, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
Since we work with multiple global suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product. Below are general estimates:
- United States & Canada: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Please note that processing time may take 1–5 business days before shipment.
🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking links may take a few days to update, depending on the logistics carrier.
📦 Split Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages if it contains more than one item. This helps reduce delivery times for certain products.
📮 Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery services.

📫 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (at your expense).
